GIVE YOUR BEGOTTEN MIRACLE

Reading about Abraham, I have realised that sometimes what we desire so much from the Lord can actually steal our love from Jehovah.

Let me break it down. Did you know Abraham's joy of having Isaac in his old age actually made him a love-slave to his son? Yeah... That's it! Have you thought of the fact that sometimes the things you have been praying and desiring from the Lord often times come to take the love you have for God. For example, receiving the job employment, marriage, fruit of the womb, etc you have been praying for. See how the growth in your ministry has made you forget God, your job has and taking all your time now, your husband and wife is all your heart cries for... Have you noticed it?

Often times the outburst of joy hailing from our hearts for our breakthrough actually makes the breakthrough an idol if not well managed. Selah.

I pray that just like Abraham gathered the confidence to sacrifice Isaac amidst he being his only begotten son, may we receive the boldness and passion to sacrifice our breakthroughs and chase hard after God regardless of the things we cherish so much. Amen.

I don't know if I may continue this message but let me say to be continued 😊

LAW OF KARMA OR GRACE?

God is so good. Yeah! The man is very good. And I will let you know my reason(s) below.

I have been reflecting on a Christian who told another that the law of Karma will deal with him... Seriously! Are you sure you're a Christian? I tend to grieve each time, looking at the fact that, a tongue speaking Christian made that statement. Anyway, let me just open your eyes to something and after that, sit and analyse if you will still stand by that.

If God is to punish us for what we did in our past, then what would be the essence of salvation? What would the value of accepting Jesus Christ into our lives be? Do you think the man didn't know the law of Karma when He came to die?

Can we just shut up! For how long will we continue to let our actions and words drive people out of God's assembly and make others believe Christianity is evil and full of hypocrites?

Today, instead of Christians standing with people in hard times, they rather condemn you. When a sister is not enjoying the gift of fruit of the womb, the conclusion is that she aborted during her youthful age; when a young lady doesn't marry early, it is said that she lived a bad life during her youthful age, to mention but a few.

I'm glad not every Christian possesses this attitude. Some have chosen to stand out. Are you going to be one or you still want to live like those in the world?

Being a Christian isn't enough, my dear. Transform your mind with the renewal of God's word so that you don't end up conforming to worldly standards. We can make a difference.

God's Grace is bigger than everything we've been through. His Grace is to help us overcome sin, not a warrant to enjoy sin. Let's stop driving people away from Christ into the world.

Jesus Christ paid it all on the cross! He paid for our past, present and future. Come to Jesus now. Don't let anything hold you back, my cherished one.  Jesus is life.

IDENTITY INVESTMENT

I can say without doubts that the Whites will always do well with their talents than Africans!
I know you will ask me why? Don't get angry or emotional yet! I believe by the time you will be done reading, you will be enlightened to experience a different paradigm.
Whites or most Whites will take time to identify the talent(s) their child is carrying, and then invest into it for the child's best.
Bring that to Africa! No! Most Africans would want their child to become someone prominent without even identifying what drives the child's passion. All they care is I want you to become a great lawyer, engineer, pilot, etc. Almost exorbitant careers. Careers that will bring huge earnings but probably less or zero fulfilment to the child.
Now, most African children graduate from the universities with careers they don't have passion for, simply because mommy, daddy, auntie, or family wanted them to undertake that.
What are we doing to our wards as parents and guardians?
Insisting or convincing your ward to embark on a career without knowing his/her passion or talent is like giving a delicious meal to a person without knowing he/she is allergic to the meal. Avoid making your ward take a path he/she is not destined to, simply because a friend, family member or colleague's ward took that path and was successful.
It's about time we start enquiring from God the real self of our wards; who they really are, in order to usher them into their future life.
Success isn't build on what's outside of man, what you think of him or what others think! It's goes beyond that. It's starts from the man himself! His mind, heart and total being. What he sees in himself and what his Creator sees in him.
I know you've probably being nodding, shaking your head in pity or exhibiting other emotional appeals but what matters most is being informed in order to change our thoughts. Don't let what happened to you happen to your children. Create a better future for them and with them.
You know what? I don't have a topic for this article. I was driven [please don't ask me by what or whom], you can share your appreciation by giving me a title for this article. Thanks for reading!

USE ME LORD!

It is always a joy to share the gospel with you at wherever you are. I pray the peace of God be your portion in Jesus' name. Amen.

Today, I want to share a message that I pray it brings transformation in your life. Am believing your life will be re-ordered by this message, Use me Lord.

Bible records in  2Timothy chapter 2 the verse 20 that "In a large house there are articles not only of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay; some are for special purpose and some for common use." As believers we are vessels in a large house. We are vessels in our homes, church, work place, schools, community to mention a few. It may be that you are made of gold but you are not used as a golden vessel, made of silver but not used as such. Nevertheless you may be made of clay or wood and yet you may be used more than a golden and silver material.

It doesn't matter what you are made of but what matters is what you are used for. God from time past have used a lot of people from nowhere. Men and women who were least expected by people. Talk about David, Paul, Isaiah, Moses among others. Your availability determines your useability! God is always ready to use you but are you ready?

Life has made it seem that as for you, you cannot be used by God. The life you have lived has made you stiff to be used by God. It feels that where you have gotten to, God cannot use you. It feels you have been contaminated so much to be used. Your past seems to have devalued you but am here to tell you God is ready to use you. You are the clay God needs to use. He care less about your makeup!

Bible records in Isaiah 64:8 that 'we are the clay, you are the potter'. God is ready to make your life new if only you avail yourself. If God could use Abraham from an idol worshiper's home, David from the wilderness, Moses from an Egyptian home, Paul after persecuting the christians then He can use you too. If Jesus was able to save a prostitute and she became key in His life then He can equally use you. The life that you live is not your own; for you to live is Christ.

Just lift up your hands and say to God, there is no me without you Lord. Use me now! Am clay and you are the potter. Lord mould me, break me, assemble me, design me for your glory. I need the more of you and the less of me. There is no me without you, Jesus.

I pray that anything that has entangled you from moving forward in Christ Jesus be released and every chain broken. I pray that every padlock to any dungeon be broken. You are free. You are prepared to be used by God.  Your life will never be the same because no one used by God is disappointed! I pray that any demon that pushes to your past be put into captivity. From today may you be freed from any sin that you find difficult to stop. God is making your life beautiful.

Now declare boldly "Use me Lord!" May God bless you and Jesus loves you.

THE DECISION TO MAKE IT LIES IN YOUR HANDS

Today I want to share a story with all of us. A story that will elevate you to another level, push you across the finish line. The decision to make it to the top lies in your hands.

An eaglet happen to mingle with chicks while growing. It ate with the colleague chicks, played and slept with them. As it grew, it had its home being the hencoop and family being the hens. One day as this eagle stood with its colleague hens, it saw the greatest light ever. Yes! It runned through it system for a bright smile sparkling intense joy. It saw a same specie soaring in the sky.
The 'eagle-hen' said to itself, this is who I am. Am an eagle not hen. It told its colleague hens about its identity but they wouldn't listen and even discouraged it. Day by day it tried flying but could not. It will lift up and fall to the ground. The hens will laugh at it and say "forget! You are one of us" but as the eagle checked it's feathers and opened them, it encouraged itself.
Oneday as the eagle tried flying it went high above soaring in the sky. The hens wondered how it made it. Its beautiful, a hen whispered. Yes the eagle had proved it wasn't a hen all those while.

Sometimes we find ourselves at places we are not supposed to be. And we end up living our lives without identifying what we are capable of. Thanks be to God for today's message. You can do it! Never give up to your current situation. Identify yourself, your capabilities and push with your abilities to the top. Like the eagle soars above, so are you meant to be. You are a man and woman of power, you possess the DNA of the most high. You are born to succeed. Start soaring, that's who you are!

May God bless you and Jesus loves you.

RELATIONSHIP series II

God made man and woman to be together. But God has given man wisdom through understanding among themselves to preserve their relationship. Today, I want to share 'letting it out' factor in relationship.

Many at times the things that destroy a relationship, that bring pain, 90-100% of them we are aware (both man and woman). It's either we failed to talk about it with the notion that the other person wil see us as complaining at everything or talking too much or you seeing the other person as always having a flaw, so in turn we keep quiet in order not to hurt the other party or be seen as such. We fail to communicate whats wrong, or what we see as wrong, the problem here is that, if u don't talk about them, the other party feels there is nothing wrong and all this while she or he has been perfect in the relationship because you haven't complained about or talked about what you see is a problem or should be talked about. The danger here is that, if you can't handle it anymore and you begin to complain after years of keeping quiet, the other party will see it as "you have changed" and now lately you find problem with whatever he or she does or complain about anything and everything, then the fights and quarrels start. It's not that they have changed but they are only fed up and can't take it anymore.

Never hide behind. I  "love him or her and don't want to hurt him or her. So you keep quiet about a problem or situation you have seen. You are breeding a potential time bomb in the relationship and it will explode in your face. In most cases the ones who keep quiet are the ones who turn to be hurt the more. Remember never think that when you marry him or her  will change, don't solve a problem in a relationship. Now with marriage, you are only creating a bigger version of the problem.
"The snake that wasn't dealt with in Genesis, became a dragon in Revelations". Communicate your feelings, your fears, your anger, your pain, learn to talk through your problem, face them together no matter how they may hurt. It's better now than later.

God loves you so much that why He always needs the best for you. Like God empowers us to overcome our weaknesses through the Holy Ghost, same we are to observe in our relationships. I pray for a God centered and understanding built relationship. God bless you and Jesus loves you.

THE TRAIT ON THE CROSS

I remember way back in high school a in literature class and our lecturer will often ask "what are the traits of the character in the novel?". As soon as possible we start identifying the makeup of that character. And its quite interesting identifying the traits of characters you don't know just by reading the novel.

Traits are very essential in life. 'The traits you exhibit determines your rate in life'. Yes! Your personality projects your nationality. Our disposition matters especially in the situations we find ourselves.

Lets consider few examples from the Bible. Job has been discribed as a man of endurance because of his quality to withstand during his trials, David has been identified as a man after God's own heart because of his closer to God in worship, Paul has been noted of his great contributions to the spread of the gospel through persistence over resistance and now to the greatest man on earth, Christ Jesus! His traits are most stimulating to lots of people across the globe.

One of the traits Jesus exhibited on the cross that I want to talk about today is 'PATIENCE'. Patience means the capacity of waiting, enduring and persevering. Today most believers fade off from the zeal of endurance. Some give up too easily and others lose the confidence to hold on.

In Mark chapter 15, great unveil of patience is brought out by Christ. His trial before Pilate to the mockery by the soldiers and finally on the cross. Jesus could have come down from the cross as the people murmured and ridiculed him to save himself. He had all powers to himself. He could have performed a magic as the Pharisees rightly said but He didn't. His patience was for the glorious will of the Father to be done. "...Let thy will be done as it is in heaven..." we often pray this prayer but fail to endure for the perfect will of God. In as much as the people tortured and despised him, he knew his utmost goal was to die for them and nothing should stop that mission.

There are times in life that we need not to only have patience but also to implement and be glued to it. One of the greatest tool to win in life is patience. If you cannot endure, your ability to win is limited because your frame of success begins to poke on dubious means.

Today I pray patience be your conscience to win through the pestilence. No matter how difficult the race becomes, note that its not the one who runs faster but the one who finishes well. Jesus loves you and needs to you to be like him.

YOUR LIFE, A FRAGRANCE OF CHANGE

I have been wondering from childhood why people use perfumes? I kept asking my mom n sister why they used them. And most often say to smell good, which I guess among other people. Growing up I as a teenager I hear people say you smell good! Please what perfume do you use? On the contrary, there were others which made people mad at the smell.

We often even go to the extreme to get expensive fragrance of different kinds and brands. Nevertheless, we sometimes adhere to a particular smell from a type of purfume to others. There are some smell that do attract us while others do not.

The question is why do you also use fragrance? Is it because of the wonderful smell? The brand name? Or the attraction it brings to you? I know you have a lot of rationale to bequeath.

Its breathtaking to also perceive that God seeks our lives to be a nectar to exert a pull on other people in the world. Paul said '...and the people saw Christ in me and glorified God'. Our lives must be a sweet fragrance to draw people closer to God through Christ. Just as when you smell good people get closer to you, it is equally recommendable that living a righteous life also magnetize.

How do we make our lives a sweet fragrance? In Galatians 5:22-25, we are enlightened on the fruits of the spirit as good traits for Christ-like people. As believers our lives is like a fragrance. It can either attract people or Ward them off. Christ looks to the life you live because He needs it to draw people closer to Him.

You are a fragrance of change! Like some perfumes are nice its so with some characters of human. Let your life be a transformation tool by attracting others. For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ. God bless you n Jesus loves you.

STAY FOCUS

Wow! Today I start my message by the blissful surprise sigh. I couldn't keep but to tell you that focus is needed in life exceedingly. I remember Pastor Benny say "when you loose focus, you loose the anointing'. In Mathew 14, Peter walked on the lake to meet Jesus, he was focused but as the winds raged, he begun to sink until Jesus held his hand.
Today most believers are falling and delayed of their glorious destiny because of "focus'. People switch their reason on earth to the other. Imagine a marketer taken to a ship to work as an engineer. Its sounds weird, right? Yes! That's it! When we go the other way from what God really has for us, we miss his target.
Today, most destined evangelists have switched to being prophets and many more. But if you and I can stay focused we will experience the glory of God to the fullest. I believe Peter's faith was shaken when he lost focus. This tells how much important it is to stay focus as a believer. Where you get to is dependent on your focus.
God bless you and Jesus loves you.

HE CARES!

Thinking of giving up? Are so weary that you can't press on? Come on, cheer up! I have a great news for you... 1 Peter 5:7 says cast all your burdens upon Jesus, for He cares for you. Can you imagine how Christ admires you and cherishes you? Oo my God, you are the pinnacle of God's eye. No way for disaster. And even if there is, He says "I care, cast them upon me". Uww so lovely right? Yes! Cast them. Is it failure, disappointments, torture, family headaches and others? Come on He says cast them upon Him. And not some but all. What a generous and mighty in battle man. He is really in this business for long. He did it for the whole world, He can do it for you now. Just lay down your burdens to Him if you know Him.
Today i don't know what you are going through or what is keeping your bright smile away. But Christ says its over! You are tired, give them to me. I was made to carry your heavy laden.
Jesus loves you and has the best for you. Don't give up now when much intense joy awaits you. Jesus, i need your love. Just this and you are free. Try it!

SERVING THE BRETHREN

Service refers to an action done to help somebody or as a favor to somebody. Service is a lifestyle;where you live to serve other people. God created us to serve. Thus as we render service to other people,we do as unto God. Anytime we serve people,God notices and records it.
Its therefore necessary to pray each morning and ask God for our assignment for the day. In other to serve God best,we need to serve other people.
The reward for service comes from God alone. Don't look to men for reward for a service rendered. Men may not appreciate, fail to say thank you, avoid you but God watches from above and appreciates your service.
Service is a delightful act. Its one of the ingredients of intense joy;serving other people. Heaven rejoice when we live our lives serving other people. Lets not forget that Christ Jesus, our teacher, considered himself not too big to serve others.
You are a reservoir for service. Jesus loves you.

DIRECT YOUR TONGUE

[Mark 11:23]
The words we speak carry much more power than we could ever think of. Know that the moment you speak, your words start taking action from the very second. Speak good things into your life and the lives of others. Your well-being also depends on what you say about yourself. Your ability to survive successful or decline depends on what you say upon your life. God bless your tongue. Jesus loves you.

YOU ARE NOT A SINNER!

Sin is anything that conflicts or separate us from God. Bible says God hates sin thus anyone who sins is not a friend of God.
Who then is a sinner? A sinner is someone who has not received Christ Jesus as his Lord and personal savior. Any person who has not confessed Jesus Christ as the only son and invited Him is a sinner.
On the contrary, anyone who has accepted Christ is no longer a sinner. His sins have been paid and washed away on the cross. He leaves the arena of a sinner to a new creation because Christ has purchased him and made him anew. Bible records that anybody who comes to God is a new creation behold the old things are passed away, 2 Corinthians 5:17.
Yet when we sin its because we have allowed our lust to develop; James 1:14. This does not make us sinners. No believer who has accepted Christ is a sinner, he is a new creation.
You are no longer a sinner! Never refer yourself as a sinner. It makes you ungrateful to God if you say you are a sinner even when Christ is in you. Backsliding does not make you a sinner before God, it only makes you purified not. That is why Christ being our advocate pleads for our errs. Your title of sinner was exchanged on the cross for righteousness. It grieved heaven to see Christ hanged but great joy arose when He triumphantly resurrected. So, you are no longer a sinner, you are the magnificent Christ.
I believe you don't use your old name again after changing it. Therefore its the same Christ has changed your former name 'sinner' to 'righteous'. Don't even entice men who call you a sinner. They don't know what they say. Your name is Righteous. Jesus loves you. God bless you.

SPIRITUAL GROWTH

Elevation in our spiritual growth is essential in our daily life walk. Thus closer walk with God is about constant fellowship with God;reading the bible daily, efficient prayer life habit and effective waiting on the lord. Our ministration is dry without God's divine presence. Let your heart know what you love n let your mind seek it. Jesus loves you.

RELATIONSHIP series I

Relationship is all about creating and having connection with something. It may include objects and people. Relationship draws our attention to a significant feeling for the particular object or person.
I must say relationship is a journey and must be treated as such. Symbolically relationship is like a ship sailing from one point to another. The ship has a captain, passengers and other workers on board. The captain may be God or your husband if we relating it to marriage or your fiance. The passengers may be believers, a wife or fiancee. The other workers may be prayers, the bible, relations and friends.
During the journey or the sail, the ship is likely to encounter calm sail or heavy wind and storms. The calm sail represent peace and stillness while the heavy wind and storm represents troubles and problems. Yet it takes the captain to maintain the stillness with the support of passengers cooperation.
Apparently the ship may be wrecked or have a successful sail to its destination. It all depends on us.
Sometimes God looks forward to us to strive to hold on to Him in times of adversities; not to give up on Him easily. I don't know your situation or the problem you are going through but i believe when you give it all to God to take His place, all will soon be over.
Give Jesus the upper hand to rule your relationship. He loves you so much.

WHEN SIN LOOKS NICE

When sin looks pleasant than serving God:
The devil will always trap you with numerous and dubious means to draw you away from God. Yet God has given us the free will to choose, therefore satan cannot be held responsible when you yield to sin. James records that "summit yourself to God, resist the devil and he will flee from you". You are a victor when you overcome sin and Christ is in you therefore you are an over-comer of this world and its pleasures.
Keep the faith and don't let your love for Christ wax cold. Strive to live in purity because you can.
Jesus loves you. #Nana JD.
