SAVED?

"I don't want to lose heaven" a brother replied when he was asked what he wouldn't miss. Constantly I have heard a lot of people talk about salvation. Today I want to share a little message on salvation.

I know you are christian. Yes I know you are born again! But my question is that are you saved? This is one of the questions I ask myself each morning and night before I sleep. Brethren, accepting Christ is a step to salvation, being baptized is a symbol of salvation but constant fellowship with God is the effort to preserve salvation; knowing that being tied to God secures your salvation.

Let he that thinks he stands be careful least he falls. The scary aspect of salvation is that you can lose it at any moment. It is like a woman's pride. It can be lost at the least err. So precisely salvation is a unique treasure we ought to protect in our walk in the world. Note that our adversary, the devil is roaring like a hungry lion, seeking and searching for someone to devour. Will you be a victim?

You claim you are saved, how many people have you saved too? Is it a pride to say 'am a born again Christian' when you have not even spoken to even a person about Christ? It is a disappointment! Our generation has been imbibed with seeds of corruption and carnality. You and I owe the allegiance to God to secure the lives of these ones.

We cannot watch people die each day without Christ.  Where lies their path? Which place are they going after death. We laugh, celebrate with our friends about great fortunes but have always neglected the greatest product and fortune, Jesus Christ. He never passes away. He is the same today, yesterday and forever. That's what my bible tells me. Your fortune can fade and pass away. There are a lot of souls out there who know not Christ. Its a pity! And all you and I can do is sit and celebrate when the devil is not tired.

Save a soul, speak to a loved one. Anyone who is less privileged. Do you know something, even if you are worthy and you do not have Christ, you are less privileged. Yes because wealth is nothing without Jesus. Arise, save a soul and secure your soul by divine grace for heaven. God bless you and Jesus loves you.

Dedicated to my peers who are wrestling to keep Christ in their vessel. You can do it. I believe in you.
